Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Booking Deposit

• The R2,000.00 deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures your spot and covers administrative and operational costs.

2. Balance Payment

• The remaining balance is due the day before the scheduled outride.
• Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of cancellation reason or non-attendance.

3. Event Cancellations by Overland 4×4 SA

• Should an event be cancelled by Overland 4×4 SA due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues, customers will be offered an alternative date or a credit voucher of equal value to be used for future bookings.
• No cash refunds will be provided.

4. No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled event will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
