1. General

Welcome to Overland 4×4 SA. By making a booking or participating in any of our 4×4 adventures, tours, or experiences, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made directly via our website, through WhatsApp, or by email.
  • A non-refundable deposit of R2,000.00 is required to secure your spot on any Overland 4×4 SA experience.
  • Once your booking and deposit have been received, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message confirming your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be settled no later than the day before the scheduled outride.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via EFT or other approved payment methods as specified on our website.
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
  • All cancellations are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy (see below).
  • Overland 4×4 SA reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or credit voucher.

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must ensure their vehicles are in safe, roadworthy condition and suitable for off-road driving.
  • Drivers must hold a valid driver’s licence and comply with all safety and environmental guidelines during the event.
  • Overland 4×4 SA accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in any event.

6. Indemnity

By participating in any Overland 4×4 SA activity, you agree to do so at your own risk and indemnify the organisers, employees, and partners against any claims arising from accidents, injuries, or damage incurred during the event.
